Image via WikipediaCricketer Azharuddin's son still criticalHyderabad, Sept 12 (IBNS) Former India cricket captain and Congress parliamentarian Mohammad Azharuddin's son Ayazuddin, who suffered a serious injury from a motorcyle crash on Sunday, continued to be in a critical condition in a Hyderabad hospital on Monday.
His cousin brother Azmal, who was riding the pillion of the Suzuki GSX R1000 sportsbike, was brought dead to the hospital after the crash on Sunday morning.
Doctors attending on Ayazuddin said he remains critical and on ventilator. His kidneys and chest were badly affected in the crash.
Ayazuddin, 19, was admitted in the Apollo Hospital after the accident.
His nephew Ajmal who died in the tragedy was 16.
The accident took place on the Outer MG Road of Hyderabad.
The Congress MP and former cricketer has rushed back to Hyderabad from London after he head of the accident.
Andhra Pradesh chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and other senior politicians visited the hospital.
Ayaz is the second son of Azharuddin. He seemed to be a promising cricketer having played in the under 13, 15 and 19 side
