Katrina Kaif refuses Vijay’s offer in 3 Idiots tamil remake02100

 

We knew that Gemini Films Circuit has bought the rights of the Hindi blockbuster ‘3 Idiots’ to remake in Tamil and Telugu. There were quite a few top names – including Vijay, Suriya, Madhavan, Jeeva and Dhanush – tossed to play the coveted 3 idiots’s roles. As of now Ilaya Thalapathi Vijay has been confirmed to play Aamir Khan’s character Rancho in the Tamil version.

For the interesting female lead role Piya played by Kareena, all the big actresses in south showed interest. But the makers went to Katrina Kaif and the Bollywood No. 1 declined the offer due to unavailability of dates.

According to Katrina’s media manager she is very busy for the rest of the year with films like the sequel to ‘Dostana’ and Zoya Akhtar’s next directorial venture with Hrithik Roshan and Farhan Akhtar
